We happened to be in the area and the ratings drew us to Diaz; the ratings were on point! We ordered the Salmon Delight, and it was hands down the best roll I’ve had in my life. The rolls are definitely generously sized as well, but the flavor profiles on the two we had (Salmon Delight and Fitness) were both unique and outstanding. The staff were all friendly, warm, and inviting. Street parking was nearby and convenient. Just an all around fantastic experience. We will definitely be back.

Hands down the BEST sushi I have ever had. I’m not a huge fan of fish in general but heard nothing but good things about this place. This is incredible and a MUST HAVE when in town. Highly recommend the popcorn shrimp roll
